1. Introduction

Buffalo King (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a free entertainment game for iPhone published by Marlerino. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how any information is handled.

By downloading or using Buffalo King you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Information we collect

Buffalo King is designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not request your name, email address, phone number, or precise location to play.

The app does not collect contacts, photos, health data, or browsing history. Any information described below is stored on your device rather than sent to us.

3. How local game data is stored

Your gameplay progress, unlocked library entries, ranks, trophies, equipped gear, virtual gold and XP balances, and app settings are saved locally on your device using standard iOS storage.

This local data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers, because the current version of Buffalo King does not operate a personal-data server.

4. App Store and Apple’s role

Buffalo King is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain information as part of providing the App Store and its services, subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

If in-app purchases are offered via Apple, payments are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms; we do not receive your full payment card details.

5. Permissions

The app runs within Apple’s standard application sandbox. It does not require access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library to function.

If a future feature ever needs a device permission, iOS will ask for your explicit consent first, and you can decline or change it at any time in your device settings.

6. Children’s privacy

Buffalo King is a family-friendly game, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s use of apps. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

7. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Because progress is stored locally and no account is required, there is generally no personal data for us to share.

8. Third-party services

The app does not use third-party advertising trackers in the current version. Apart from Apple’s role in distributing the app and processing any optional purchases, we do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs at this time.

If we add any third-party service in the future, we will update this policy to describe it before or when the feature is released.

9. Data retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data, which clears your progress and settings.

Because we do not maintain personal accounts or store your personal data on our servers, uninstalling the app is the primary way to remove app data.

10. International users

Buffalo King can be downloaded in regions where Apple offers it. As the app processes data locally on your device, using the app does not involve us transferring your personal data across borders.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
